Shuksan Healthcare is nursing home with both long term and short term care residents. We are looking for a full-time medical records clerk to join our team. They will need to collaborate with multiple departments as well as be able to work independently. Good time management is a must. Previous experience is a plus. Some of the duties are as follows:
Scheduling appointments – documentation and weekly posting, has an understanding of ICD10 codes, coding from physician encounters, admit/discharge paperwork and tracking, monthly audits as directed by the DON, uploading documents, request for Medical Records
