The Opportunity
The Director of M&A (Director of Mergers & Acquisitions) will play a key role in the Companys aggressive growth strategy. He / she will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team of The Care Team and will lead M&A activity reporting directly to the CEO. This person will also work closely with the Revelstoke team and will function as an extension of the deal team. The role is extremely hands-on and best suited for candidates who are self-motivated and thrive working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Director of M&A (Director of Mergers & Acquisitions) will include but not be limited to, the following:

• Source and execute acquisition of add-on home health and hospice agencies
• Coordinate with search firms and design own searches for ideal acquisition candidates to increase the size of the M&A pipeline
• Develop relationships with targeted agency owners and educate / sell them on the value of a sale / partnership with The Care Team
• Lead the diligence process (analysis, negotiations, coordination with third parties) and work directly with the Executive Team and Revelstoke deal team on transactions
• Work with management / Revelstoke deal team on M&A-related board reporting / analytics, integration status, synergy realization, and other analysis
• Creation of materials related to strategic initiatives and progress
• Develop and maintain a keen awareness on competitive landscape, entrants and / or disruptors to continually assess our market positioning
• Other responsibilities / projects as requested by CEO

Position Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and personal attributes:

• BS/MS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in investment banking and / or private equity experience (or related finance experience)
• Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as team player in a group/cross-functional setting with outstanding work ethic
• Strong direct deal experience and data driven decision making
• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Superior research, problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight timeframes with impeccable attention to detail
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
