Job summary

The Manager of Field Operations will report to the Interim Director of Field Operations and will be responsible for managing the operating procedures, training and performance of a team of 45+ US Field Service Representatives and Contractors in support of the Installation, Maintenance and Service for the 3SI products and services. Services provided primarily in the Financial Services industry, but also support Services within various Retail channels. All services must adhere to strict customer contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Position will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing policies and procedures as well as safety, fleet and inventory control programs. All responsibilities will support company customer satisfaction and revenue goals as well as audit requirements.

This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize, plan and manage the workflow. Must be able to travel, establish working relationships with all levels of management, cross functionally and with field staff.

Responsibilities:

• Work with field teams to deliver results on behalf of company revenue goals and customer requirements.
• Monitor deadlines associated with installation projects, maintenance, service schedules and contractual SLAs.
• Implement standard Installation, Maintenance and Service policies and procedures with an emphasis on Safety and Customer Training.
• Oversee staff to ensure compliance with policies, and procedures. Implement processes and practices to increase efficiency, identify and reduce gaps and ensure proper controls. Oversight will include remote and in market reviews and training.
• Produce monthly plans and provide consistent updates. Measure, monitor, report and maximize results.
• Support Product Development and Engineering by providing input related to installation, maintenance, and service requirements. Assist with monitoring and provide feedback once deployed.
• Assist with contractor compliance with agreements.
• Identify field system enhancement requirements and work with IT to implement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years field staff management experience.
• 5 years managing field projects in the Financial Service Industry including ATM projects.
• Experience implementing field policies and procedures including safety and inventory management policies. Includes training and compliance confirmation.
• Experience managing to Service Level Agreement contractual requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure, support multiple assignments, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in field supplier oversight and audit.
• Excellent oral and written skills in support of communication with customers, cross functional teams, staff, various consultants.
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment and consistently meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to travel 40+% as permitted by local and regional commitments.

System Skills:

• Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Field Automation programs: MSI Service Pro and NetSuite ERP a plus.
