Bonus is paid out in one lump sum after 90 days of employment and all trainings are completed.

What the job entails:
- Supporting our residents with their activities of daily living such as, personal cares, health maintenance, life enhancement, and housekeeping.
- Ensuring our residents receive and live in a safe, secure, clean, and high-quality home environment.
- Deliver on our philosophy to encourage independence, maintain dignity, and promote individuality.
- Some administrative duties required.
