Description
Manage day-to-day team operations within our Telecommunications Division. The Technical Operations Manager will be accountable for managing and coordinating the design, development, and enhancement of new and existing products within their assigned function. This role also evaluates and enhances existing operational systems and implements company policies, procedures, and initiatives. The Op’s Manager will monitor performance against operational goals and develop reporting and auditing processes uses to analyze operational effectiveness. This position also coordinates operations with other functions as needed.
