SCOPE OF ROLE
Reporting to Supervisor, Onboarding, the Coordinator, Onboarding & Talent Acquisition has two main responsibilities: 1) Onboarding – coordinate the pre-employment and onboarding processes for new employees and 2) Talent Acquisition – provide candidate interview scheduling support to the Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will provide a high level of internal and external customer service to candidates, hiring managers and other HR team members. The Coordinator, Onboarding & Talent Acquisition acts as a subject matter expert for all activities related to onboarding & interview scheduling demonstrating accountability for daily tasks.
