The beauty world is big enough for everyone, but we are here to stay and become one of the fastest growing companies in 2021.GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONThis is a hybrid role, reporting directly to the CEO of Silber Capital, the Executive Assistant/ Human Resources Generalist provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship, as well as Human Resources support. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO and calendar management. The Human Resources is a partnership across the Anthony company to deliver value- added service to management and its employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITESRecruits, interviews, screens and refers applicants for open Anthony positionsFacilitates new hire orientation and activities as part of the onboarding process for incoming Silber Capital employees and knowledgeable on health insurance policiesTeams with managers to coach employees and maximize performance. Assists in implementing performance improvement plans with non-performing employees.Act as an advisor to managers on employment issues, promotions, performance issues and terminationsWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to- day engagements.Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitates the CEO s ability to effectively lead the Silber Capital organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producingWork closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the Silber Capital organization, and manage a variety of special projects for the CEO, some of which are confidential and may have organizational impact.MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide hospitality to all Anthony guests and help create a welcoming environment.Answer main CEO phone line and respond to inquiries.Participate as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings.Keeping in mind that they are an extension of the executive team and should conduct themselves as suchHave a sense for the issues taking place in the office and keep CEO updated.Anticipate CEO s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOBEducation:Bachelor s degree or higher is requiredExperience:At least 3-5 years of experience supporting C-Level ExecutivesAt least 3-5 years of Human Resource experienceStrong project management and event planning experienceMust have excellent writing skillsA well organized, self-directed individual who possesses excellent communication skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skillset (Excel, Word, Teams, One Note and Publisher).Experience with One Drive and Google Docs is highly useful.Effective time management skills having the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery, monitoring and documenting progress.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Flexible to travel for meeting and to attend conferences.KEY COMPETENCIESwell organized & detail orientedmotivated team playerskilled communicatorAdaptableInitiativeInnovativeJob Type: Full-time
