How you will make an impact:
We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Transportation Specialist to join our team at Parkshore Senior Campus. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents during transportation, while adhering to all established state laws and SilverCrest Bus policies. As a Transportation Specialist at SilverCrest, you will play a vital role in assisting residents on and off the bus, as well as at their destinations. Collaborating with our Programming staff, you will help facilitate outings and activities, providing our residents with enjoyable experiences outside the facility. You will be in charge of the general maintenance and upkeep of the community’s bus, diligently recording all maintenance records for future reference.
This is approximately a 3 day work week position, and we are flexible on what days of the week you decide to work. Enjoy this flexible position!
What you will need:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least 2 years of bus driving experience required
- Must have a CDL or Class C license with a passenger or school bus endorsement
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
