Responsibilities
Manage computerized flow of information/reports surrounding organizational needs and functions.
Assist with development of and management of Performance Reviews within designated system: assist with training of new managers on functionality, best practices; auditing review to ensure timely completion; reporting; providing support for leadership and team members
Support and administer career growth programs, work with managers and team members to identity path for success
Work in conjunction with team member development programs and HR Manager
Review and become familiar with company job descriptions; work with managers to understand requirements and opportunities for growth within their departments; perform equity reviews for internal candidates; track and provide analytics
Assists with several HR duties to better understand current policies and procedures
Summarize data as requested for various state or federal audits
Update organization chart as required
Support development and maintain personnel/workplace policies and procedures

Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude toward innovation and change
Perform other duties as assigned
Develops an ongoing knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Provides creative ideas to help implement/update current processes
Education, Knowledge, Experience
4-year college degree preferred
3-5 years’ experience in HR related fields, performance, and career growth a plus
Previous HR project and performance management experience preferred; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with different leadership needs
Knowledgeable in HR-related laws
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with solid computer skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently with time constraints
Strategic thinker and consultative mind to support both team members and managers in all areas of the business
Great attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Strong ability in using MS Office Suite (Excel and Teams a must)
