The Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us take our recruiting efforts to the next level. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support of Simeio’s diverse and ever-expanding recruiting efforts across North and Central America.
You will help shape and implement Simeio’s recruitment strategies including employer branding, candidate experience, hiring manager engagement, DEI and content creation.
You will join an existing global TA team of 8 people who have varied day to day operational responsibilities and you will help the team successfully locate, recruit and ultimately onboard, best in class candidates across all business functions.
You will be recruiting for our USA, Canada and Costa Rica regions.
