Check out our current openings below and at www.siriusxm.com/careers.Position Summary:Works with members of the Programming team to assist in the curation and building of superior radio and playlist experiences on Pandora as needed. Supports creative processes, analyses of customer behavior, content development and production. Exercises both creative abilities and technical skills. May be assigned to facilitate programming and content offerings across numerous genres and areas of listener interest, and perform slightly different functions across each.Duties and Responsibilities:* Facilitate the production of, and maintain the quality of, programmed stations and playlists.* Receive and process requests from internal teams for programming updates, maintenance and sharing of information* Help maintain the programming calendar for launches, maintenance and updates of key destinations* Attend planning meetings as needed and document and communicate programming requirements to programming team* Identify areas for improvement by monitoring key programming metrics across specific stations.* Facilitate regular qualitative evaluations of programmed stations, and report results* Provide support, training and feedback to internal teams on how to request programming services and utilize self-serve resources* Produce, organize, and communicate information and resources that describe our programming methods, workflow, and guidelines* Provide general support to the Programming and Curation team as neededSupervisory Responsibilities:NONEMinimum Qualifications:* 1-2 years experience at digital radio or streaming platform.* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is preferred* Excellent verbal communication skills* Capable of producing concise and descriptive digital documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used applications* Knowledge and appreciation of music and its culture* Proven ability to coordinate workflow and delivery results in a deadline driven environment* An extremely high attention to detail and organization* Ability to remain focused when handling multiple projectsRequirements and General Skills:* Strong interest in learning all aspects of music programming* Strong interest in music and pop culture.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues and sharing audio material.* Ability to multi-task and shift priorities.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work well with different personalities.* Strong organizational skills and attention to details.* Ability to be flexible and professional under pressure and deadlines.* Self-motivated and proactive.* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.* Must have legal right to work in the U.S.Technical Skills:* Microsoft Office Skills required, with an emphasis on Excel.* Experience with Slack, Tableau and JIRA preferredSiriusXM is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, age, national origin, religion, creed, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, citizenship, pregnancy, military or veteran status or any other status protected by applicable law.The requirements and duties described above may be modified or waived by the Company in its sole discretion without notice.
