We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from onboarding new hires to retaining existing hires and related administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Benefits and payroll administration
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Assist with audits
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws, benefits administration is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
