Job Description
The RN Floor/Unit Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of the facility Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS) and care planning process. Floor manager will also assist staff with training, coordinating with MDS, DON, ADON, and Infection Control.
Qualifications
RN management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Current state license to practice as a nurse. Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
