Our client, a fast-growth commercial painting firm is seeking a self-managed bi-lingual recruiting professional to lead their field recruiting efforts!
The Bi-Lingual Recruiter, responsible for Talent Acquisition will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Bi-Lingual Recruiter is part of the Human Resources Department is responsible for sourcing applicants to meet demand by position. Responsible for successful hiring, onboarding and short and long-term retention.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring Feet-on-the-Street (FOS) quotas
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role (non-exempt and exempt), industry standards and the needs of the organization.
Maintain advertising sources and report metrics
Hands-on recruiting effort
Applicant data management and on-boarding
HR Department Contribution
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
Proactive and independent with ability to take initiative
Able to travel to off-site locations to meet with potential sourcing partners, up to 25% local travel
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience:
Associates degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition.
At least three years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus
SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
Valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance
