The Culture and Well-being Project Manager develops, leads and implements agency-wide projects and strategies to strengthen and support staff wellbeing, organizational culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The Project Manager researches, assesses, and implements best practices in organizational culture, staff, wellness, and DEI and serves as a thought leader and strategic partner to HR and agency leadership to integrate best practices throughout the organization.
This role, located in our headquarters office in Rittenhouse Square – Center City Philadelphia, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 3 days each week on-site and 2 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess current efforts to strengthen and support staff well-being, organizational culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices to identify opportunities for enhancement and/or change.
Conduct research on well-being, organizational culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, document findings, recommend key practices for implementation, and track and evaluate outcomes. Develop and maintain a digital library of resources for all staff.
Lead and facilitate seminars, workshops, dialogues, and other inter-active sessions focused on staff well-being, organizational culture, and DEI.
Develop project and strategy implementation scopes of work in collaboration with agency staff and leadership.
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams in the implementation and evaluation of staff wellbeing, organizational culture, and DEI practices.
Coordinate logistics for events and activities related to staff wellbeing, organizational culture, and DEI practices.
Develop and cultivate collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to coordinate and deliver projects related to professional development, staff wellbeing, organizational culture, and DEI.
Identify priorities and challenges to be addressed and recommend solutions and action items.
Collect, analyze, and disseminate data related to information gathered, surveys and focus groups. Recommend strategies to improve organizational culture and track the organization’s progress.
Assist in the development of training content which supports HR related initiatives and projects. Assists with planning and organizing impactful organization-wide learning opportunities.
Identify and implement communication and dissemination strategies for all staff well-being, organizational culture, and DEI efforts.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, staff and organizational development, social work, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3 – 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, staff and organizational development, or related field.
SHRM-CP / PHR preferred.

The base pay for this position ranges from $63,000 to $80,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
