The position involves customer service, office administration and account management. Daily functions include but are not limited to account implementation, management of ongoing compliance projects, and download/shipment of equipment and resolution of various account related issues.The desired candidate carries out responsibilities in a timely manner, is skilled at prioritizing and shifting workload, and has a willingness to take on additional responsibilities for the benefit of the team/company. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills ensuring all team members are kept up to date on progress and all relevant issues. As a SmartBizPay team member, you will actively contribute to the discovery, development and delivery of our products to our expanding audience.Key Responsibilities: New account boarding Answer and direct phone calls Packaging/Mailing/Running errands using personal transportation Accurately communicate shipment updates to ensure customer expectations are exceeded Respond to and resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency, providing exceptional customer experience Client-relationship management Account Management Overall office accountabilityRole Requirements Prior experience in similar role preferred. Ability to work under pressure and handle shifting priorities Professionalism to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail Proficient communication and phone skills Some college or a Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred.
