Full Job Description

Licensed Home Care Agency in Brooklyn is looking for a full time HR Specialist.

-Responsible for new employee/HHA’s hiring and termination process

-Process documentation, monitor and update personnel records for all staff

-Assure compliance with LHCSA /DOH regulations related to hiring standards

-Participate in disciplinary actions, grievances, terminations of aides

-Provide weekly HR reports to Agency Administrator

-Coordinate HHA/Employee’s orientation and in-service
