The Snake River Lodge and Spa is currently searching for a Human Resources Manager to join the team! The hotel offers competitive pay with an opportunity to increase pay after 90 days and 1 year of employment!
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing, directing, and managing all human resource functions. They will be very involved with the operations and will assist department managers to ensure a focus on the following areas: guest services, employee relations, schedules/department organization, property appearance, and profit/financial control. They will also coordinate, direct, and manage the staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company. The manager will communicate daily with the Home Office and uphold the company’s policies and procedures.
Candidates must be willing to relocate and/or commute to Jackson Hole, WY.
Benefits include but are not limited to;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
