Snowflake is looking for an experienced Talent Brand Manager who will drive the direction for Snowflake’s global talent brand strategy. This person will be a close business and thought partner to Engineering, Product, Marketing. You will create multi-dimensional campaigns that improve applicant channel health to meet demands of our varied business units globally.
You and your team will take a creative approach defining, designing, implementing and optimizing programs that create an employer brand theme that both leverages and connects our company story and values.
In short, we are looking for a partner that can think big, excite engaged candidates and drive candidate interest while being authentic to the unique Snowflake experience.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado with compensation that aligns with your location. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
