Sodexo has a new opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join the team as a Human Resources Manager 3 at UT Health located in Tyler, TX.
The selected candidate will manage and provide support to hourly front-line staff and management on all Sodexo policies and procedures, training, and HR initiatives. Some responsibilities may include; labor management, employee engagement, payroll, leave of absence, workers compensation documentation, employee relations investigations and documentation, recruitment and on-boarding new employees, performance and evaluations, and client relations.

The successful candidate will:
support Human Resources functions for front-line staff
manage the application/resume file;
recruit with a focus on front-line recruiting;
manage payroll set-up and problem resolutions;
present HR related training for unit managers;
communicate effectively and build relationships with multiple levels of the organization; including clients, executives, managers and front-line staff;
demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation skills; and/or
have a solid understanding of HR functions and all policies and procedures.
