Responsibilities:

• Manage high volume of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ service needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet service team targets
• Handle customer appointment requests, provide appropriate service solutions and alternatives, follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow Soerens Nice Guys communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

All candidates must have a pleasant personality, strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a number of different people, and have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
