At Sourced Craft Cocktails, we innovated the $254B annual, recession proof alcohol distribution industry by building a Bar Management company to serve the highest quality craft cocktails at scale and built the Non Premise channel – the delivery of craft cocktails from your phone to your unlicensed front door. As a curated Experience Platform, we make and deliver individualized craft cocktail experiences that tell unique stories for a flawless virtual or in person delivery to make the gathering a memory! We take a client’s grand opening event, rebranding announcement, holiday party, employee happy hour or any other celebration and shape these important events into memories. We curate an individualized craft cocktail experience that tells our customers’ unique stories; from customization of their menu with our mixologists, to delivering it at their doorstep to make their real or virtual event one they won’t soon forget.

During Covid-19, our North Star remained the same – be of service to our clients by creating meaningful experiences, virtually. During this time, we helped keep bartender’s employed with over $1.5M in livable wages paid to deliver physical craft cocktails from phone to front door for our Enterprise clients (Google, Apple, UBS, Netflix, ABC/Warner Brothers) as well as B2C with the largest craft cocktail delivery business in the country.
What You’ll Do:
As the Staffing Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Staffing. You will be a key player in managing the coordination of and communication with bartenders, barbacks, and operations staff on a national level. You will work closely with our Sales and Operations Teams to collect the information required to do your job. You will be responsible for staffing all Virtual Happy Hours, small scale live events (under 250 guests), tailgating events, retail store partnership program activations, operational help during peak season, and any other one-off requests.
What that means specifically:
Work with Sales Team to gather all relevant event information such as guest count, location, dress code, service times, service components, parking details, etc
Use our existing roster of contractors to staff our virtual and live events with bartenders, barbacks, and operations staff
Communicate all event details and deliverables with hired contractors to ensure punctual arrival and excellent service
Act as the point of contact for all hired contractors before, during, and after each event
Confirm all details with hired contractors 24 hours prior to each event
Follow up with Operations Managers post event for feedback regarding staff performance
Provide Payroll Manager with accurate labor hours for contractor payments
Work with Recruiting Team when new contractor hiring needs arise
Employ third party hiring platforms as needed
Provide Director of Staffing with accurate monthly reporting regarding labor spend
Attend weekly meetings with the Sales, Operations, and People Departments
Who You Are:
Available to work Tuesday through Saturday
Highly organized and process oriented
Enjoys creative problem solving
Open to travel if needed
Ability to interact with employees of all levels in a professional, engaging, and constructive manner
High level of proficiency in Google Workspace
Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-based environment
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Interest in craft cocktails is a plus
Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000/year
