Southern Botanical is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager in the Dallas area

General Summary:
The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The manager is responsible for the processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Offer letters and coordination of hiring needs with branches
· Scheduling and conducting new hire orientation
· Onboarding of new team members
· Benefits Administration & Change Communication
· Annual Merit Increase execution
· Recruiting and retention metric tracking
· Federal and local regulatory compliance
· Policy development and documentation;
· Team member training and development
· Assist in managing annual HR budget
· System admin for Keystyle, FTC and HR Connect
· Maintain team member files, I-9,W4 records
· Process terminations and performance improvement plans
· Workers comp admin and tracking
· Annual intern program coordination
· Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
Team Functions Supported by the Human Resources Manager:
· Payroll
· Compensation and benefits administration;
· Team member need assessment, training and development
· Team member safety
· Team member welfare, wellness and health;
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/ Educational Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
· Master’s Degree preferred
· Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Required Certification/Licensure:
· SHRM Professional Certification is a preferred.
Experience Requirements:
· Minimum 5-10 years management experience in HR operations for a comparable size company (260 employees)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
