CONTRACT ADMIN / H.R. ADMIN
QUALIFICATIONS:
***PAY RATE IS BASED UPON EXPERANCE***
Contract Billing Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the following duties including, but not limited to:
1) HR Coordinator
a) Enter employees in computers for payroll.
b) Ensuring that all required credentials are current as well as proactively reminding employees of items needed to be updated or renewed.
c) Assist with the administration of benefits including, health insurance for eligible employees.
2) Contract Billing & Setup
a) Entering billing into computer system and printing out A1A Pay application
b) Mailing all client bills; performing collection duties when needed
c) NTO- NOTICE TO OWNER
d) File Leans
e) Releases
f) Billing in Textura
BACK UP ON
3) Accounts Payable and Payroll
a) Entering payables into computer system.
a) Payroll with job costing in our payroll/billing system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
