We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resource Generalist that is looking to grow with us. Our corporate office is in Villa Rica, GA. but we operate over the span of 6 states. If you are someone who likes working with people, projects a professional demeanor has strong organizational skills, and is knowledgeable and capable of completing a variety of tasks in support of the HR department we would love for you to join our team.
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 dependent upon experience Paid Weekly
Hours: 8:00 am Monday-Friday (30 Minute Lunch Break)

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
· Providing hands on support to our field employees, Area Managers, Operations Managers, and HR Business Partners in all Operations.
· Learning, improving and managing the Company’s talent acquisition process. Having attention to detail and the ability to coordinate many moving parts.
· Establishes and implements a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
· Communicates weekly with chain of command as it relates to all job, hiring, and marketing needs.
· Conduct periodic pay surveys, recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
· Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
· Maintains employee benefits programs
· Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
· Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
· Maintain a data log and proper compliance of all individual states in which the company operates as it relates to respected cities, counties, and state business licenses as well as security license for each individual state, guard certifications, recertification’s, and training.
· As it pertains to all certifications necessary across the board within the company, works directly with Corporate Safety to ensure all training is proper, consistent, certified, recorded, and reported as needed by the chain of command.
· Maintain and monitor business licenses in all states and cities.
· When needed the H/R Generalist will assist other office staff in the day-to-day operational duties.
Requirements:
· Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Winteam and Paychex a plus)
· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
· Excellent active communication skills: listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
