Duties/Responsibilities included but not limited to:

The Senior Human Resources Manager will collaborate across the human resource department to build out and manage a variety of programs, policies and initiatives and will set expectations and priorities to deliver the best employee experience. The Senior Human Resources Manager will handle all elements of new hire onboarding and employee offboarding in partnership with other internal teams, ensuring an superior experience for all new hires by providing consistent experiences across all business segment in Nordic’s global enterprise. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also oversee compliance, vendor relationships and benefit program administration. Additionally, they will maintain our company pay philosophy and policies.

Requirements:

• 5 + years related human resources compliance and benefits administration experience required, global experience a plus
• 3+ years related human resources management experience preferred
• 1-3 years of experience with and understanding of immigration practices and policies. Including visa categories, green cards, and petitions
• Experience utilizing HR, CRM or ATS technologies, (e.g. Workday, NetSuite or similar)
