JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a strong hands on leader, with deep expertise in Sales/Marketing Strategy & Analytics, to lead a new team within the enterprise wide Operational Analytics and insights organization, reporting to the Vice President of the group.
Your role is critical to driving the success of the Sales, Retention and Mobile business units.
In this hands on role, you will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills, along with technology and process best practices, to communicate impact through campaign/promo performance measurement analysis, segmentation analysis and and pipeline forecasting, as well as driving adherence to our data management and lead workflow frameworks.

This position is responsible for a data analytics function that provides complex data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership to a data analytics function
Work closely with executives and senior business leaders to develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
Experience in some or all of the following areas of marketing analysis : segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, business intelligence, and / or market research
Effective communication skills
Capable of leading behavioral analysis and research initiatives from project design through communication / dissemination of relevant findings
Advanced analysis techniques
Strong data-analytic skills using SQL, R or python in order to identify strategic insights related to promos, marketing spend and sales
Demonstrated skills in reducing complex issues to straightforward business recommendations
Curiosity and ability to challenge existing assumptions with data-driven insights REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Master’s degree preferred
Related Work Experience
5+ Years: Management experience
8-10 Years: Data analysis and reporting or related experience

The pay for this position has a salary range of $120,700.00 to $213,900.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
