Job Summary
This position is responsible for helping maintain and operate the Company’s sales incentive function, processes, and systems. The position is responsible for reviewing, validating, commission reporting and resolving commission disputes submitted by Spectrum sales teams. The position partners across Commission Administration, Systems, Sales Operations, Business Planning and HR.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively resolve commission disputes within the Commissions System with high accuracy in a timely manner.
Work within Charter’s commission system and billing systems to resolve commission disputes.
Become a subject matter expert in Charter’s sales crediting data to resolve commission disputes.
Support management through proper trending of key KPI reporting to analyze commission dispute month over month variances.
Create commission summary reports and other reports to analyze trends and performance.
Research commission variances as requested by management or commissioned employees.
Track and ensure system defects and enhancements are implemented as planned.
Become knowledgeable of Charter’s Sales Compensation Plan Design and Business Rules.
Analyze commission operations data to provide insight to decision-makers.
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in data and present findings to management.
Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
Perform other analysis and special projects as requested.
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Maintain, operate, update and resolve commissions’ system disputes and processes on a daily basis
Assist in reviewing, validating, resolving and reporting on sales crediting and commission disputes
Ensure that commission disputes are processed accurately and timely
Work with Sales Operations and Commissions teams to develop processes for the timely processing of commission disputes.
Proactively go to Callidus Dispute Workflow to resolve commissions’ disputes.
Help to implement, track and report on commissions disputes key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls as well as compliance with external laws and regulatory guidance including SOX.
Provide monthly commissions dispute reporting and analysis to help address the root causes for dispute submissions with the goal of reducing submitted disputes.
Provide monthly commissions’ analysis and reports on various commissions’ related metrics
Work closely with sales reps teams to address inquiries and resolve commissions’ issues
Assist with projects as assigned by management
Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret and effectively communicate results and present to various members of management

Required Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
