The Service Manager is responsible to maximize sales and profitability through operational excellence, high quality service delivery, sound personnel management practices, and total customer satisfaction. The Service Manager promotes the growth of existing and new business through an unwavering approach to integrity on behalf of all team members. He/She sets the bar for service levels in terms of accurate analyses and estimates, prompt delivery of those services, and disciplined follow-up in support of total customer care and satisfaction. The Service Manager ‘owns’ facility operations in terms of cost control, inventory management, personnel management, and most importantly, safety. The Service Manager is accountable to all team members to deliver strong and consistent leadership in order to meet the targeted objectives that it takes to successfully run this business.
The ideal Service Manager candidate has a college degree or coursework/tech school certification (or equivalent practical experience), three years automotive repair business experience, an entrepreneurial demeanor, strong supervisory/management skills, P&L experience, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

— Practice loss control through continuous improvement initiatives andefficiency gains
— Personnel Management control
— Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and operated inaccordance with safety regulations
— Oversee inventory control
— Deliver unsurpassed products and service that align with accurate andreliable estimates, thereby building trust with our clientele
Requirements:
Supervisory/Management/Mentor-ship skills and experience
High school diploma/GED (advanced education desired)
Highly collaborative nature
Current and unrestricted driver’s license
Strong computer and Internet skills
Three years experience in an automotive repair environment/business
Point-of-sale and electronic payment media skills desired
Exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional listener and communicator (written and verbal)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
