We are seeking EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES for an:

OFFICE MANAGER/CONTROLLER

The Office Manager/Controller is in charge of the accounting operation and personnel management of dealership employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The preparation of a monthly financial statement according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines and analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunity to improve dealership profitability.

• Hires, trains, and supervises office personnel
• Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures
• Ensures that all scheduled accounts including warranty claims, rebates, parts and vehicle inventory accounts are current and accurate.
• Reviews the reconciliation of general leger accounts with outside sources to ensure bank reconciliations, reserve accounts and factory and floor plan payables are accurate.
• Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements.
• The Office Manager/Controller must work closely with the dealership management team and will report directly to the dealer principal.

Successful candidates must have a good work ethic, integrity and the ability to multi-task. Ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Automobile Dealership accounting and exceptional organizational and problem solving skills. This is a fast paced environment and attention to detail is a must!
