Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategic recruitment plan. This position will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and ensuring the selection of highly qualified personnel is in accordance with assigned recruitment position duties and qualifications.

Compensation

$1010,000 – $120,000 plus bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers;

• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.

• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.

• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.

• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.

• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.

• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

• Developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; participating in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

• Participating in administrative staff meetings; attending other meetings with business partners.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

• Minimum 5 years of work experience; with 2 years’ minimum experience recruiting in the accounting and finance services industryin relevant industry environment – find better wording here

• Must have demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining diverse employee talent, including creating and implementing recruitment strategies

• Ability to maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)

• Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; premium customer service skills

• Strong decision-making skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential

• Exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our management team
