Spring Lake Ranch Therapeutic Community Hiring for Human Resources Manager at Cuttingsville, VT Full Time

Spring Lake Ranch is looking for a Human Resources Manager to manage the HR functions of the organization including: recruitment and hiring, retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits.

Recruitment, Development, and Staff Planning

• Oversee and facilitate the hiring process of all new employees including recrutiment/advertising, communications with candidates, scheduling visits/interviews, and making offers.
• Ensure proper onboarding process.

Performance, Well-being, and Compensation & Benefits

• Proactively respond to and manage performance counselling, employee grievances, and disciplinary issues as required.
• Lead performance management process.
• Define and review salary structure in partnership with the leadership team and coordinate annual compensation review process.
• Support staff development activities invluding managing RELIAS and organizing the annual training plan.
• Coordinate and assist the Business Office in matters as they pertain to payroll, payroll changes and benefits enrollment.

Policies & Support

• Maintain and update employee handbook as necessary, lead rollouts and policy distrubutions.
• Proactively pursue continous process improvement in Human Resources related practices in order to enhance the quality and effieciency of output/delivery.
• Maintain compliance with all HR requirments as they pertain to DAIL and CARF.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a human resources position in a small-sized organization (50 employees).
• Knowledge of HR practices and local state and national labor laws.
• Familiarty with HRIS systems and online training platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
