Essential Functions:
Support Human Resource reporting activities, including headcount and workforce information, compensation and benefits data, recruitment reporting, and performance and talent management information.
Write, schedule and organize all standard and ad hoc reporting using various HR systems
Identify trends and apply analytics to support the development and refinement of HR initiatives
Work with HR Leadership team to create dashboards and scorecards to measure HR effectiveness
Share user administration duties for Workday HCM and iCIMS (ATS) systems; manage security access, personalization, and other basic system operations
Function as primary liaison to HRIS team and 3rd party technical support, to troubleshoot HR system issues

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a technology-related field with a minimum of 0-2 years of Human Resources or HRIS related experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience stats out college
Minimum of two (2) years of experience writing, generating and preparing HR reports
Experience analyzing large, complex datasets
Strong knowledge of HR terminology and processes
Experience working in HCM and Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience strongly preferred
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills required
Ability to work under deadline pressure, cope well with changing priorities and effectively manage multiple projects
