Spyder Auto Hiring for Warehouse Operations Assistant at City of Industry, CA Full Time

Spyder Auto is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in our City of Industry location. This person will work to support the daily operations of the warehouse.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:

• Conserves manager’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
• Managing communication between third party vendors to include arranging and scheduling of meetings, appointments and service orders
• Order, monitor, and maintain warehouse supplies, including but not limited to: pallets, propane, boxes, tape, tape guns, wrap, air packaging, etc.
• Perform administrative tasks, taking accurate minutes scheduling appointments, coordinating pickups, and participating in department meetings
• Collect and prepare information for various operational reports, data entry tasks including word processing and spreadsheet application

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant or related experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, high-energy attitude
• Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
• Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
