With our new and growing Enablement team, we are looking for an innovative and user-experience centric content producer to create and maintain internal Sales tools for our team.
As an Enablement Content Producer (Internal), you will identify and produce selling tools for our Sales and Account Management reps such as sales playbooks, curated Selling Room environments, pitch decks, cost proposal generators, ROI calculators, TCO sheets, QBR deck generators, and more. You will focus on researching, project managing, developing, and maintaining high-quality content that is scalable and repeatable for multiple markets. You’ll be serving at a global scale that will require content you produce to be localized for each of our international markets.
A successful candidate will be well versed in user experience design, creative design, technology stack integration and project management. You will work with cross-functional partners including product, product marketing, sales, account management, partnerships, operations, etc. to curate necessary information and creative assets to build these materials. You’ll also collaborate with these partners to implement consistent design direction and workflow requirements that are best suited for our representatives.
You will guide enablement team members to bring these materials to life and consult on proper distribution including instructions to effectively use these materials. You will iterate on these materials based on feedback and metrics to ensure that it increases efficiency of our reps and maintains relevancy to our customers. You will be the primary Echampion in identifying the needs of our revenue-generating teams in order to assign priority to enablement production projects.
You will:
Primary responsibilities
Produce Internal-facing selling tools and content in existing technology stack to support Sales and Account Management teams
Research existing selling too usage workflows and improve usability of produced materials
Identify and implement design standards to create a cohesive design across all selling tools
Identify and implement selling tool optimizations to increase usage efficiency and effectiveness in driving customer engagement
Work with enablement and cross-functional partners to identify concepts, messaging, and information to be implemented in produced content
Manage localization of selling tools to be scalable and repeatable across multiple markets
Define production process for internal selling tools and identify timelines, resources and task ownership
Additional responsibilities
Collect and maintain information accuracy in internal tools based on product and process updates
Ensure selling tool outputs, if applicable, meet quality standards as expected by our customers
Work with enablement partners to communicate user guides on how to efficiently and effectively use selling tools
Research and understand sales cycle and map selling tools to enablement programs and frameworks
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2-4 years of overall work experience producing sales enablement content
Experience in developing playbooks, cost proposals, ROI calculators, pitch decks, etc.
Proven experience as a technical writer, tool administration, or content producer
Experience with content management systems such as Seismic, Highspot, Mediafly, Showpad, etc.
Experience managing selling tools such as sales playbooks, curated Selling Room environments, pitch decks, cost proposal generators, ROI calculators, TCO sheets, QBR deck generators, and more.
Has a proven record managing large cross-functional projects and tight deadlines
Technical aptitude and excitement to quickly learn new technologies
Experience with user-experience research and enablement content best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
A proactive attitude and a focus on solving problems and delivering results, and have a mindset of consistent improvement for the customer experience, never settle for good enough, and continually inspire others to advocate on behalf of the customer
