Squishable, a manufacturer, wholesaler & retailer of adorable plush toys, is seeking an
experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing team!
As our HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at our 170+ person organization. As the senior HR team member, you will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, administering pay, benefits, disciplinary action, learning and development, and enforcing company policies and practices. This role reports directly to our Chief Operating Officer and is involved in all HR decisions through the organization. To perform well in this role, you should have previous experience as an HR manager (or other senior role in an HR team) supporting similar organizations.

things) in the world. Founded in 2007, Squishable’s namesake products are now sold in
thousands of stores through the world, including our 25+ corporate-owned stores throughout the U.S. Our corporate teams work out of our Soho loft in New York, NY and our Washington, D.C. offices at Uline Arena.
Duties/Responsibilities:

allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.

Note: This is a remote opportunity, however, you’ll be required to travel to our Corporate offices(NY and DC) several times a year for training, development, and meetings.
