What You Will Be Doing
As the Asst Compliance Operations Manager, you will support a large remote Contact Center by providing strategic vision and tactical direction for the Compliance Operations teams and distribution partners. The qualified candidate will maintain expertise across our various departments to provide support as our primary program and project manager. This role is responsible for operations planning, market analysis, support for project development, and coordination of key services to advance the organization.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Compliance Operations, this leader will assume a dynamic management role, providing leadership and guidance to a team supporting multiple complex programs and projects. The Assistant Compliance Operations Manager will manage multiple teams to ensure business operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
Job Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Develop and implement departmental policies and regulations.
· Conduct effective resource planning to maximize productivity (people, technology, etc.)
· Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics, etc.)
· Hire, coach, and provide training to personnel to maintain high service standards
· Monitor and improve audits, telephone handling, and other procedures
· Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time, efficiency, etc.)
· Collect data and statistics at regular intervals (weekly, monthly, annually) and analyze them to improve performances
· Manage training and orientation for the recruits to provide high-quality customer service
· Monitors ongoing service management to ensure compliance with SLAs and performance commitments
· Ensures that all contracted program deliverables are completed
· Facilitates long-range business planning meetings with the partners to support the long-term business strategies and plans
· Participates in any technical, network, SLA, contract compliance escalation as appropriate
· Engage with executives in the prioritization and resolution of escalations
· Assists clients in researching, recommending, and briefing of applications and services
· Establishes periodic status meetings with partners and department managers
· Participate in formal program review for the partners, examining all aspects previous month, highlighting successes and failures, and recommending measures for improvement
· Assists in fielding any business and technical requests and engaging the appropriate internal resources
· Responsible for daily management of compliance and administrative operations
· Advises Sr. Management in the development of new reports as needed
· Developing objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities in a remote work environment
· Oversee all business operations relating to compliance, including policies and procedures
· Design and monitor control systems to deal with legal rules and internal policies violations
· Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues
· Coordinate with different department managers to ensure compliance
· Perform periodic audits on department procedures and processes
How You Qualify
· The ideal candidate must have previous remote management experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency with high-volume call centers.
· This position is salaried and will work Monday through Friday
· Experience formulating strategic and operational objectives
· Experience managing budgets and forecasts
· Experience managing quality controls and monitoring production KPIs
· Recruit, train and manage staff
· Excellent leadership abilities
· Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures
· Ability to oversee reporting, planning, and auditing
· Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company
· Ability to build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
