Recruiting Expert: Subject matter expert in all aspects of recruiting including campus recruiting, sourcing, marketing, career fairs, systems, tools, processes. You know where to find the talent for each role and proactively seek new ideas and innovative approaches for acquiring talent. You help develop and support a diverse pipeline of candidates.
Process Focused: Set expectations with hiring managers and actively drives hiring process. Create behavioral based interview guides specific to roles. You seek out and leverage new, emerging technologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Strong Communications: Proven ability to effectively partner and communicate with individuals across the business. Effective in a variety of communication settings or among diverse styles and position levels. Provide regular updates to leaders within the function regarding recruiting metrics and market conditions to drive collaborative solutions to acquire talent.
Problem Solving: Diagnoses inefficiencies and problems and takes corrective actions by using rigorous methods and a collaborative approach to solve them, going beyond the obvious. Proactively anticipates potential problems. Results oriented and consistently persists in the face of challenges. Pushes self and helps others achieve results.
Drive for Results: Holds team accountable for performance measured both quantitatively and qualitatively. Utilize data to identify recruiting obstacles and assist team in building plans for areas of concern. Drive an efficient recruiting life cycle, focusing on metrics to streamline and improve processes
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of Recruiting experience
1+ year of university recruiting experience
Experience working with diversity organizations to help build inclusive teams
Understanding of current employment laws including OFCCP’s guidelines for fair hiring practices
Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS and Recruitment Marketing
Prior experience using Microsoft Excel to build reports and analyze data
Prior experience in a mentoring or managing capacity
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience working with AI/Chatbot for recruitment (auto scheduling, pre-screening)
Compensation: Minimum base salary $71,000 plus bonus opportunity, based on experiance
