As a Starbucks director of Human (Partner) Resources you will lead our Regional Partner Resources Organization in developing and driving talent priorities that fuel business growth, unleash leader capability and elevate the experience of our partners (employees). We are looking for someone who leads through our Starbucks Mission & Values and has a track record of achieving excellence through delivering on priorities, problem-solving, building capability and leadership, and developing high performing teams. If hired within this position you will have the fantastic opportunity to immerse and learn our training processes working beside our partners in our retail stores and retail leaders for approximately four months.
