Employees in this position perform research and administrative functions for multiple judges. Knowledge of substantive and procedural law and statutes applicable to jurisdiction of the district court. Ability to interact with the public, judges, attorneys, and government officials in a variety of situations and circumstances. Ability to formulate and express ideas on complex technical and legal subjects clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
This is intended to be a seven-month clerkship opportunity beginning in August 1, 2024 or earlier if available and ending July 31, 2025.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Graduation from an accredited law school is required. High standard of academic excellence and considerable experience in legal research and writing are desirable.
Candidates must pass a preemployment criminal background check.
