The Operations and Assistance Legal Secretary is responsible for providing executive and secretarial support for the Director of the Operations and Assistance, Legal Division within Legal Affairs.

Required Education and Experience
Education
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
Experience
Five years of office experience involving administrative support practices, including two years equivalent to advanced (8) level administrative support work, Secretary E8, or Legal Secretary E8; or, one year equivalent to a Secretary 9, Legal Secretary 9, or Senior Executive Management Assistant 9.
Additional Requirements and Information
Position Location/Remote Office: This position is located at Grand Tower, 235 S. Grand Ave. Lansing MI and the selected incumbent will be required to physically to this office. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.
Employees will be provided computers to perform state work. Phones may also be provided for necessary communications.
