Position is responsible for representing the department in labor relations matters pertaining to the administration of all collective bargaining agreements and the Employee Relations Rules for an assigned caseload. The position’s responsibilities include representing the department and state’s interests in grievance arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, civil rights hearings, unemployment, and worker’s compensation hearings. Position conducts employee investigations related to civil rights complaints, equal employment opportunity commission complaints, and discriminatory harassment complaints.

Human Resources Analyst 12
Three years of professional experience providing human resources services equivalent to a Human Resources Analyst, including one year equivalent to a Human Resources Analyst P11.
Human Resources Specialist 13
Four years of professional experience equivalent to a Human Resources Analyst, including two years equivalent to a Human Resources Analyst P11 or one year equivalent to a Human Resources Analyst 12.
