The Human Resource (HR) Office Coordinator will provide general guidance and support for a wide range of human resources and administrative processes within the Office of Human Resources. HR responsibilities include working closely with the HR Office staff on policies, procedures, record keeping, data analysis, process improvements, training, communications, and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and collective bargaining agreements. Administrative responsibilities include serving as the Office Manager and a first point of contact for the HR Office for internal and external employees and customers which includes answering incoming inquiries, providing information and direction to the appropriate resources, leading daily front office activities such as accounts payable, supply orders, exit interviews, policy management, service awards, meeting coordination, administrative duties and special projects with the HR leadership team.

Meet minimum qualifications:
Associate degree in related field such as human resources, business or public administration, psychology, journalism, English, or marketing.
Three years of job-related experience involving office management with human resources processes.
