What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities of the Administrative Professional 4 include but are not limited to:
Provides administrative support to management in the office and Lottery Sales Representatives in the field.
Performs various administrative functions to help the regional office meet sales goals and run efficiently.
Interacts with and provides great customer service to customers and Lottery retailers, on the phone, in writing, and in person.
Assists prizewinners with filing claims for winning lottery tickets.
Assists with the licensing renewal process for retailers.
Prepares various reports for the regional office.
Maintains files and records for the regional Sales staff.
Tracks vehicle maintenance and maintains the receipts and related documents.
Answers regional phones, responds to correspondence, schedules meetings, handles mail and courier packages, and maintains calendar for Regional Sales Manager.
Learns to use Lottery-specific computer programs.
Performs other duties and works on special projects.

Qualifications
Completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college; 12 months experience in secretarial/administrative professional field.
