Overview
A permanent full time opening exists for a Supervisor – IT Helpdesk in Montpelier, Vermont. Open to other locations throughout Vermont.
The Supervisor, IT Helpdesk is a leader in the Technology Services Center (TSC) Division of the Court Administrators Office (CAO) of the Vermont Judiciary. This position plans, coordinates, and supervises activities related to the support and security of the computer software, hardware, and networking infrastructure for the Judicial Branch. Under general guidelines, this Supervisor runs the Judiciary’s IT Helpdesk operations and is responsible to hire, assign, direct and discipline a team of technical support professionals. In addition, management of internal and external service providers and partners is required.

Compensation
This is a Judicial Branch position with an annual equivalent of $75,000.
Benefits
Minimum Requirements
Education: Graduation from an accredited college with an Associate’s degree in technology or related field.
Experience: Six (6) or more years’ experience in increasingly responsible Information Technology positions.
Prior IT industry experience may be substituted for the degree on a six months per 15-credit semester basis.
