OIC CAREER OPPORTUNITY
The Office of the Insurance Commissioner’s (OIC) Human Resources Department is seeking a motivated and qualified individual to fill our new Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Human Resource Consultant 4) position. This position is assigned to the Operations Division, located in our Tumwater office.
As the Talent Acquisition Supervisor for our agency, you will serve as a leader and professional expert in the HR field. You will connect with talent from diverse backgrounds to support our hiring managers in fulfilling our agency mission. You will serve as our brand influencer responsible for developing an agency-wide internship program.

This is a Washington General Service position. The monthly salary range for this position is $5,900 – $7,932.

DUTIES
Reporting to the HR Director, this position works independently to provide leadership, expert-level consultation, and services related to the critical function of talent acquisition. As the supervisor for the Talent Acquisition and Internship Program, it connects hiring managers with the best possible talent to help advance our agency’s mission. This position is responsible for administering the OIC Talent Acquisition Program and supervising assigned support staff. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications for this position include:
Seven (7) years of full-time professional work experience developing and executing recruitment and outreach strategies in a Human Resources capacity that provided direct support to the organization’s workforce needs.
(A bachelor’s degree with focus in business, human resources, marketing, or related field from an accredited institution whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council of Higher Education Accreditation or a foreign equivalent will substitute for up to 4 years of professional work experience)
