Description
The CS Operations Specialist will support and drive efficiency in all colleague journey operations, ensure data integrity of colleague information, and contribute to a best-in-class colleague experience. This role will contribute to each stage of the Clearwater colleague journey including talent acquisition, onboarding, engaging, developing, progressing and exiting.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Independently manage the communication and administration of life and health programs. Partner with accounting on the administration of Clearwater’s 401(k). Ensure all Colleagues receive comprehensive enrollment and plan design information on all colleague benefit plans. Periodically audit carrier sites to ensure accuracy of coverage and payroll deductions.
· Design, implement and manage new colleague onboarding, seeking feedback back from new colleagues to ensure delivery of an amazing colleague experience.
· Assist the Director of Talent Acquisition, as needed, in preparing job descriptions, updating postings on Clearwater’s career website, as well as other relevant posting websites, updating the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications.
· Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in HRIS and audits for accuracy and compliance.
· Ensure postings are updated and compliant with state and federal laws.
· Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook, org charts, and contribute to policy development.
· Assist in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Colleague Success metrics deck.
· Track Colleague candidate referrals and communicate with the accounting team on issuing payment according to the policy.
· Proactively communicate all changes impacting payroll by pay period deadline dates.
· Serve as a resource to all Colleagues on the interpretation and execution of Colleague Success policies and procedures such as FTO, LOAs, benefits, and others.
· Enhance and deliver superior service to colleagues by promptly and accurately responding to colleague needs and/or questions.
· Assist in the development and posting of employee communications via Microsoft Teams, Paylocity, Sharepoint, and /or through Colleague newsletters.
· Identify system issues, improvements, or enhancements that will improve the colleague experience and improve operational efficiency. Manage the execution of any changes, improvements, or enhancements.
· Track performance management process for completion and ensure timely input of compensation changes in Clearwater’s HRIS.
Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state and local document retention regulations.
· Other duties as assigned that present from time to time to improve or enhance the colleague experience.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years HR experience
· Experience with managing change in an agile environment
· Must be service-oriented and maintain a solution-minded mindset.
· Highly organized and keen attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in Human Resources
· Must demonstrate specialized knowledge of applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to benefit programs, company policies, and operations
· Projects a positive customer service driven approach with all interactions
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and multi-task, in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse individuals
· Excellent communicator

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar software.
· Knowledge of various HR technologies, HR reporting and software. Paylocity experience a plus.
· BA/BS Degree preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Currently Clearwater is an entirely “virtual” company and all colleagues work remotely.
· Work remotely and provide own printer/scanner, computer audio capability, cell phone, and Internet service. Clearwater will provide a computer and Microsoft Office software.
· Company provides subscriptions to Salesforce.com, Basecamp, Microsoft On-Line Services, Encryption tools, Data backup, Zoom Meeting, and other tools selected as standard by the Company.
