Succeed ABA Hiring for HR Manager at Brooklyn, NY Full Time

Succeed ABA is a provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum. We offer expert assessment, treatment, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at the family’s convenience.

We are currently seeking a HR Manager to be part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to effectively and efficiently co-ordinate relevant activities (onboarding, backgrounds etc), ensuring high quality client/candidate experience is maintained throughout.
• Maintenance of appropriate talent pipeline / preferred supplier lists etc.
• Ensure high quality delivery of appropriate offer/post offer/new hire paperwork and processes (backgrounds, equipment, etc).
• Coordinate the pre-employment requirements.
• Provide key administrative and process support in the delivery of hiring process – for example, scheduling for candidate, candidate management, shortlist generations, offer paperwork, tracking against numbers requested, etc.
• As directed, participate in social media posting in support of campaigns.
• Maintains, and reviews payroll-processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
