Position Summary: Contributes to the effectiveness of the organization by supporting enterprise-level GIS operations, development and data management related to pipeline new construction and ongoing operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with GIS team to develop enterprise design and implementation strategies.
• Responsible for enterprise geodatabase design, administration, and maintenance (SQL Server geodatabase).
• Develops and maintains enterprise level GIS integrations and data ingestion processes.
• Uses ArcGIS Monitor and other tools to ensure maximum performance of highly available ArcGIS web services and applications.
• Develops, enhances, and maintains enterprise GIS web applications and tools.
• Responds to support requests and works with end-users to enhance existing applications.
• GIS processing and analyses, data transformation and loading, data integrity and quality control, cartography, reporting, systems and data integration, process improvement, automation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Information Technology, or similar technical field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of GIS experience using ArcGIS, 10 years preferred
• Expert knowledge of the ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise platform including many of the products below:
• ArcGIS Pro and extensions
• ArcGIS Online (Data Pipeline, Survey, Field Maps, Dashboards, etc.)
• ArcGIS Notebook
• ArcGIS Enterprise (Server & Portal)
• ArcGIS Image Server
• Linear Referencing
• ArcGIS REST APIs
• Utility Network
• ArcGIS Mobile App

• Geoprocessing and Data Analysis Techniques
• Geodatabase design and maintenance (SQL Server)
• GIS data models and concepts. (PODS, Pipeline Referencing, APDM)
• GIS Application design, development, and customization.
• Land Information Systems (LIS)
• Data Integration including real-time data feeds and IoT devices.
• Workflow Automation using FME, Python, Office 365 and other tools.
• Python, Arcade, JSON, JavaScript
