Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 – 4:30 or 8:30 – 5:00

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses.

We’re looking for an individual to implement, monitor and optimize our client’s digital media programs, while building strong relationships with our valued clients and company team members.

Applicant must be a quick learner and creative thinker with a positive attitude. The ability to follow instructions, organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment is key. Excellent attendance is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of client accounts using multiple internet products and software platforms
• Perform quality control checks to ensure client accounts are consistently running efficiently and effectively
• Provide client service and support via phone, email and Zoom meetings
• Communicate with sales team members to ensure campaign success
• Perform additional related tasks as needed

Required skills & experience:

• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Process-oriented thinking and excellent problem-solving skills are a must
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines
• Ability to research topics, gather information and provide training to other team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or reputation management, social media marketing, search engine optimization and review generation platforms
